BurnAware Free offers you a full set of tools to burn discs of all kinds, for free. The program includes a total of 15 tools you can use to create data and multimedia discs, work with ISO image files, and more. Every tool runs in its own window, which makes it very easy and comfortable to use them. The program produces fully functional CDs, DVDs and BluRay discs.
Its main window acts as a main menu, where you will find shortcuts to all included tools classified into categories. For example, the tools under the "Data" category allow you to create standard data discs, bootable discs, custom (mixed file system types) discs and span discs. "Multimedia" category, on the other hand, includes tools to create audio CDs, MP3 discs, video DVDs and BDMV/AVCHD BluRay discs. "Disc Images" category helps you copy an entire disc into an ISO image file or create an ISO image file from your local files, and you can also burn an existing ISO or CUE/BIN image file into a blank disc. Finally, "Utilities" category allows you to erase rewritable discs and displays detailed information about an inserted disc.
The main window of BurnAware Free includes another section where you can configure the program's general settings. For example, you can set it to check for updates automatically every time it runs, change its skin and show/hide the icons that appear in the main menu.
